I would bid you welcome, but I see that you are already in the process of being anesthetized preparatory to the arrival of the goat, squid, Lonk, and apparently, **SSG Schwartz** has joined the initiation committee. If I were you, I would fear that the most. At least the former three are predictable – and I think I saw him pass by a bottle of mineral oil, a bag of sand, and a Cat o’ Nine Tails. 🙂 If I may offer a bit of advice – don’t scream. It excites him. ---
Has anyone seen the squid? I think they may be loose.
Well, they _better_ be loose – were they prudish, there’d be no reason for them to participate in the welcoming ceremonies, now would there? 😛 Welcome, **ThirdCultureGal**! Which types of threads are you most likely to participate in? ---

 SMDB? waht the… Oh fcuk! I gsues I conant slepl. First horrible, embarrassing mistake over with. @ **Sternvogel** I have yet to discover what topics particularily I’ll be drawn to, in my lurker years I’ve pretty much meandered through every forum, MPSIMS especially since it’s so deliciously random. and… pffft! Drinking? I spent my teenage years in Denmark, so here in college I’ve yet to discover any big-bad-guy that can keep up with my tolerance. Little girls, all. Now, set me and the squid up in a drinking contest, you _might_ be able to snag some drunk pics 😃 [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/so-i-finally-managed-to-register-at-the-smdb-or-first-post/418855.md?page=1)
