and about midway through I got the worst case of the giggles ever. Why? Because in my head, I kept hearing (in Owen’s Mama’s voice\*) Darth Vader is a Mama’s boy! Darth Vader is a Mama’s boy! Just thought I would share that with you. \*from the movie “Throw mama from the train” ---

Me, I kept getting distracted with the thought of how cool it would be to substitute other famous Senators for Senator Amidala. Say, Bob Dole, or Carl Levin. Particularly during the “frolicking on the grass” scene… ---

More of a cafe society thing but I agree. Saith the great Lore “Your voice is kind of whiny and reedy for a Sith Lord, Anakin. Can’t you get a voice coach or something?” The young Anakin will have to be seriously dewussified to become a darth anything. ---

midway through I pulled out my gameboy. I hope this answers your question. On the whole, CG effects leave me cold. They don’t look real at all. I think that the first two (I haven’t seen the thrid) were more believeable. The acting was pretty bad, especially by the punk-ass darth vader kid. How does one spelled "wooden: in klingon?\* I especially liked how his mom conveniently died…within minutes of him getting there. \*yeah, yeah, let the wrath upon the Baboon begin. Klingon, Star Wars… same thing. ---

My favorite part, Amidala in the black leather get up…because whenever I’m trying to convince a guy not to like me, I always wear something really sexy in black leather, I’ve discovered its a major turnoff for guys and they usually immediately become interested in something else. ---
