All right, here’s the rules of this thread: You get to assign the poster (after you) 3 countries for them to choose from. Some foreign nation’s head of state and delegation will be visiting the US as a guest and you are the chef in charge of the White House state dinner menu. What do you make? I will choose…Russia. The Russian president and delegation are coming to town. MENU: **Appetizers/salads:** Smoked-salmon tarts, salty-spicy pecans, pear and apple fruit salad, stir-fried clams in black bean sauce \*\*Main courses: \*\* Roasted pheasant, grilled bison flank, borscht soup, stewed carrots **Alcoholic beverages:** Dom Perignon champagne and Chateaux Latour Paulilliac red wine \*\*Dessert: \*\* Apple pie, baklava, raspberry-chocolate mousse and stewed pears.
