# So, is online poker legal again?

I mean playing poker for money, online.

I overheard some people talking about making money from online poker a few weeks ago. I used to do so, then in 2007, I believe, I was blocked from playing real poker online. I was wondering has the law changed again.

I heard on the radio a couple of weeks ago that in the State of Washington it’s a felony to gamble online.
