Trump is the result of several failures. The first failure lies with the Republican National Convention who created the conditions which allowed Trump to be nominated for the presidency. The second failure lies with the Democratic National Convention who nominated a candidate that many Democrats couldn’t bring themselves to vote for. The third failure lies with the Democratic National Campaign who somehow could not win against one of the most poorly run campaigns in recent history. And the fourth failure lies with both campaigns who did not consider the many people who feel left out of recent successes who decided that Trump was their best chance at a brighter future.
