# So it's okay to call another poster "goddamn liar" in IHMO now? So – It’s okay now to post vitriol like this, and directly call another poster a “liar” and a “goddamned liar” in IHMO? Was it always okay? Doing some research, I just discovered: IMHO doesn’t have any sticky with forum rules like (some or all) other forums do! So this is okay in IMHO? Really? I understand that mods will sometimes not hand out warnings if they don’t read the post in question and the post in question may not be read _if it is not reported_. Just saying. With that as background, I opine that your links merited mod action. YMMV, IANAM. ---

See post immediately before the second above-quoted one. ETA: Lots of other vitriol in that thread, too, even if they didn’t have outright insults like that. Don’t know how high the temperature is allowed to get before the mods get all into it. ---

The above-quoted posts didn’t acknowledge being opinions, and they sure didn’t say anything about being humble. And **Foggy** (above) notwithstanding, I see that at least one of the IMHO mods has in fact been moderating other thread(s) in IMHO. So far, I’m sticking with my hypothesis in the OP: When it comes to threads about gender issues, the mods just don’t know what to mod any more. ---
