# So it's okay to call another poster "goddamn liar" in IHMO now?  Was it always okay?

Not sure … I agreed with **Really Not all that Bright** once and was reprimanded.

Of course the subject matter is often a moderating factor.

Rather than start a new thread…

Is it OK to use “gun grabber” in GD as long as one also uses “gun nut” in the same sentence? Note the current thread with both terms in the title.

Seems to me it’s silly to ban the terms singly, but allow them when used together.

Neither term is banned. And in that case, especially given the OP’s stated intent, I’d leave it alone.
