Actually, last word was that the Pentagon was leaning away from the _Silent Dragon_ approach and considering either a _Creeping Jaguar_ style campaign or possibly the _Ravenous Wombat Gambit_. In any event, they have indicated that comic book metaphors will play a crucial role in all tactical decision-making.
