On behalf of animals everywhere, thank you for your donation!
I’m trying to remember what show I was doing at the time, and what haircut was required. I’m amazed I’ve got away with keeping it this long for this long…
Yeah, I’ve come to love Tranna, almost against my will. There are so many things about the city that drive me batshit crazy, like how stupid expensive it is, but then I think of all the music venues, theatres, concert stages, and I remember why I love it!
For me, ‘Turning Red’ summed up what Toronto would like to be, and ‘Scott Pilgrim’ summed up what it was at its peak. I’m hoping we can get back to the Scott Pilgrim version of the city soon…
Just to let you all know - my second single, “The Well of Friendship” drops today on BandCamp, Apple Music, Spotify, and other streaming platforms.
And the video premieres on YouTube today (Friday, May 19) at 12 noon EDT. You can find it here - The Well of Friendship (Official Music Video) - YouTube . I’ll be online, if you want to watch the premiere with me!
And thank you all for your support! I really appreciate it!
Just watched “The Well of Friendship.” Fun video, and nice song; really enjoyed it! Was that your son as the lead character in the video? Thought I saw a family resemblance.
That’s my oldest son, Alexander, as the protagonist in the video. Poor kid, as if the last name weren’t going to get him into enough trouble, he’s gotta look like me, too!
That’s also his artwork you see on the album cover at ~2:01!
Great job! Thanks for posting!
Many thanks - I’m glad you enjoyed that!
Great job in every way.
I love Tranna too. It’s my home. It drives me crazy at times, but ultimately, it’s my home, and I love the place. Warts and the Carlton car and the subway delays ("Ninety-nine Saint George, nine nine Saint George) and all. It is my home, and I love it.
And c’mon, Le Ministre, you’ve gotta love Fran’s! Fran’s is Toronto. To a certain segment of us anyway. And you’d probably be in that segment.
Thank you!! I really appreciate that!
