Just for the record, President Reagan probably sent the same sort of executive order around when the Marine Barracks in Beirut was blown up. And GW Bush probably issued a very similar order on Sept 12, 2001. And again in 2004 when Pres Reagan passed away. ---

i don’t see what the problem is. its a mark of respect and all who say to heck with it well, you’re a petty lot. i’ve seen the u.s flag burnt here a few times years ago in front of the embassy and forty guards did nothing about it. ---
