I have a great sense of humour, and enjoy “taking the piss” kinds of humour (giving and receiving), but I would delete this one and go on to the next. The time to make jokes is after business is concluded - if we live together, there will be plenty of time for sitting around and shooting the shit and making jokes.

I vote for “scam or weirdo.” Next!
