So we can't rent movies anymore? How'd that happen?

Thanks to the Korean hackers, we got to watch a movie online almost right away, rather than being forced to wait. At first it was rent or buy, then after a while it was on Netflix. (you still pay, just not as much)

I can rent all kinds of movies now online, from many sources. Even on Youtube. But I have no idea if I could physically rent a movie anywhere except Redbox, in the actual world around me

We loathed doing that. Such much nicer to sit at home and pick out movies that will be shipped to us and that we don’t have to worry about returning any time soon if we don’t want to. Having to return movies was such a pain in the rear.

So you think that piracy is the safety valve for inflation? Interesting concept.

Do you condone squatters taking over your backyard, when property values are going up in certain regions?
