One of the problems with older evinrude and johnson outboards is they slip out of gear.
I’ve heard that you can “fix” the problem by turning a gear around.
I have a exploden diagram of such an outboard and cannot figure what gear could possibly be turned around to fix this problem.
Any body have any experience with this problem?
