I already got what I really wanted: the news that my father doesn’t have cancer anymore. So now I can be greedy. I want a Conair Steamer so I don’t look like the cats have bunched up all my clothes and then shed on them, even though that is frequently true. I also want the first season of Twilight Zone DVDs, and Animal Crossing for the DS. I also want to buy my boyfriend a charcoal three piece suit and make him wear it all the time. As a Christmas present to me. _drools_ ---

A nap. A long nap. And to sleep in late. Without the need to cook a meal for anyone; run an errand for my mother; elder-sit my mother-in-law; and without worrying where teenage son is at and what he’s doing. Added bonus — no calls from work. After nap, maybe watch some TV, uniterrupted. ho ho ho ---

I must start by saying that I already got my most important Christmas present: I paid off my debt. This will make other presents more likely. That said, I would like… My father to have his health and memory back. My sister and brother-in-law to have _their_ debts paid off. A trip to Washington. 😉 A trip to Montréal. A trip to Sault Ste Marie. A trip to the west coast, New Zealand, and Australia, ending in Europe un time to catch UK 2006 in Florence. (These last could be conveniently bundled on a round-the-world ticket.) The rest of the wardrobe makeover I am planning. That hardcover compilation of Every Calvin-&-Hobbes Cartoon Ever. A complete computer cleaning and upgrade. A flatscreen TV of moderate size to fit my small apartment. Honestly, I don’t really want anything. Stuff for Christmas has always bugged me. I suppose I do want, in keeping with the rest of the thread, for my one friend to not treat my best friend like shit, but I think she is happy regardless. Of course, my mother wants to wrap something, so I am probably going to get money, CDs, power tools, or a new soldering system. Money or nothing would do me fine, but she believes otherwise. And **Rushgeekgirl** , are you serious? I am supposing you are, but can’t quite tell. ---
