# So what will the name be for this new (supposed) tenth planet?

And it’s probably _French_ vanilla, too.

This would be so much simpler if this new object were downgraded and not considered a planet (and presumably Pluto as well). Then we could use whatever the heck mythology we wanted, like they did for Quaoar and Sedna.

Alternately, we could find some modern-day worshipper of the Roman pantheon (heck, there’s got to be one somewhere on the Internet), and ask him for a name of a new god. The Romans had gods for literally everything, so this new planet could, in fact, be named after the Roman god of chocolate pudding.
