# So, what's the name of this movie?

After having stumbled across a reference to an obscure movie I saw back when I was four or five ([The Girl, the Gold Watch & Everything](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080792/)), I started to think about other odd movies from the same time period. One name I can’t recall, though, is the title of a film where a superhero loses his powers whenever he sees the color red. Red stoplight, red balloon, and he’s de-powered.

That’s pretty much all I remember. My guess is that it was a televison movie. Any ideas?
