Seriously. I didn’t think I even had one but the more I think of it… **Glasses** Mrs. Bernse is stunningly beautiful either way, but I found myself asking her to keep her glasses on during “sessions” more often than not lately. Chess…_drool_ I get so turned on during a good chess game that I’ve started to put on lots of makeup and dress as sexy as possible and I go to coffeeshops in Boston, sit at a table with the board set up, and wait for a man to come and challenge me to a game. Mmmmm…think about it- Two sides, black and white, all is calm, everything compliments everything else perfectly. Then slowly, tentatively, the two players emerge from their protected sides, tasting eachother’s territory delicately at first, until the play becomes more violents, pieces exchanges, the tension building up to a delicious friction that ends in a frenzy of pieces jumping and sliding all over the board. I’ve talked about this before, so I’ll shut up now. Recently I’ve found a chess partner, but he doesn’t know I have a crush on him, and he doesn’t know what effect our games of chess have on me. I almost fainted once when he took my queen, his fingertips were teasingly close to the hard little knob atop my queen’s head. _drooooool_ Ok, I have to go play chess now. ---

I don’t think I have a fetish, but on account of the thread, I’d like to share a quote from my friend: “Dude! You HAVE to see the costume I’m making for the Fetish Ball! I have a fetish for Jesuit priests, you know… the ones the long black robes with the tight little white collar, and maybe the black skullcap thingy. Not the creepy guys in the news lately, but the genuinely good, unspoilt, high-and-mighty ones who’ll quote scripture at you and do everything they can to resist temptation. I think they have to be genuinely sincere about their beliefs, as well as extremely strong in them. Someone perhaps also a bit sheltered from modern, secular society. And of course I would take the utmost delight in defiling that fellow… watching his willpower crumble under my influence…_Ahem_ _clears throat_ One day I will buy one of those outfits for my SO. ---

I have a hopeless and rather obscure fetish for counter-tenors - you know, those guys who sing right up high in the alto range. A lot of people who aren’t used to the sound think it’s bizarre, but to my ear a good counter-tenor voice is one of the most sublime sounds in the universe (I have a completely hopeless lifelong crush on Andreas Scholl). Quite possibly this is due to my sexual history - lost my virginity to a counter-tenor who used to sing to me all day (and night) long. And I can inform you from experience that singing high in a man does not imply any homosexual tendencies, or reduction in virility (I don’t know whether to be pleased or miserable that the days of the castrati are over 😉 ) Every now and then a guy who sings counter-tenor shows up to sing Evensong with my choir, and generally ends up standing behind me in the alto section. Quite often I hear him before I realise he’s there, and that gorgeous sound always sends a delightful little shiver down my spine.
