The real question for **mswas** is: “Can YOU pick a date by which something stinks if a charity is not announced for the donation?” This is such a killer PR moment for the Pubs–all they had to do at some point was announce the charity’s name, and we’d be all shut up, amid a chorus of “Hey, they had stuff to do for (a day, a week, a month].” Now, not so much. For me, that moment began passing on the first good night’s sleep after the election, but even for more generous people than I am, I think that good ship, the S.S. PR, had long since sailed. ---

Huh, since Election Day Obama’s managed to get most of his Cabinet appointed and vetted, expects to be done by the end of December, has Congress getting a shit ton of legislation ready to sign as soon as his hand comes off the Bible on Inauguration Day, has been having regular press conferences and weekly video addresses to the nation and still manages to work out every day, but Sarah hasn’t managed to get through her closet to figure out what needs to be sent back to the Republicans–in spite of the fact she also hasn’t been back to the State Capitol since August. Probably a good thing the election went the way it did or things would be all at sixes and sevens in Washington, don’tcha think? Also?
