Just took the test at [http://www.politicalcompass.org/](http://www.politicalcompass.org/) I come out as Left-Right -5.92 Authoritarian - Libertarian -4.92 which puts makes me a more libertarian version of Ghandi šŸ˜ƒ I sort of guessed where Iā€™d be round abouts, by spotting my two favourite politicians (Tony Benn and Ken Livingstone), still itā€™s nice to have my left liberal credentials affirmed. Anyone else care to have a go (and share?) ---

Your political compass: Economic Left/Right: -0.82 Authoritarian/Libertarian: -7.12 Simon Hughes is closest to me, whowever that may be. šŸ™‚ Although this is aimed at the UK, the outcome doesnā€™t surprise me: slightly left of the middle with a preference for limited state interference (basically stuff like health care, infrastructure, and social security). Yup, that would be me. ---

Mine is: Economic Left/Right: **-4.49** Authoritarian/Libertarian: **-5.81** So Iā€™m well within the **Gandhi** zone. (Yay! I knew that already.) Iā€™m matched with Ken Livingstone, but unfortunately I have no idea who that is. They should do this for Americans too. Right now I canā€™t find anyone I really want to vote for. I voted for Nader last year, but still looking for someone who really represents me. Well, anywayā€¦ Go Ken! ---

Economic Left/Right: -3.47 Authoritarian/Libertarian: -4.66 Seems about right to me, though I think the questions also should have a ā€œmiddle/neutralā€ option. I was semi-apathetic to some of the questions, but had to pick ā€œagreeā€ or ā€œdisagreeā€ because there wasnā€™t a middle choice. Not a bad site, though. ---
