Well crap, it ate the rest of my post! I nominate Joan Rivers. That woman has got be on some serious hallucinogenic drugs and have some very compromising pictures of someone high-up to be able to keep on doing that damned show of hers. ---

You have a point, **liirogue**. Her outfit alone proves that pharmaceuticals had to be involved. I didn’t know Charlize Theron was such a stunning woman. What a gorgeous Christion Dior gown she was wearing, too. ---

Not that it’s a big surprise, but Jack Nicholson appeared to be a bit toasted (particluarly when he whistled at Diane Keaton and when he was checking out Charlize Theron’s booty as a presenter). Also, did I miss something or did Sofia Coppola not thank Spike Jonze? (are they still married?) ---

Hmmmm… all I know is that at last year’s Oscars, both Nicole Kidman and her sister had eyes (and pupils) as big as dinner plates - if you know what I mean. They were hugging EVERYONE! ---

Hard to tell whether she was drunk or just in space cadet mode, but Diane Keaton seemed to be out there. And at one point, it sounded like she said “shit” and the bleeper was about half a second late on the button. ---

All of the names listed here always look pretty buzzed to me. I think they have a special awards “goody bag” that includes tranqs for all the potential honorees.
