# So who here does New Years eve parties?

Don’t do them, never have. I’d go so far as to say I hate them and would actively avoid them.

Luckily my wife is of the same opinion and we are normally on holiday over the new year so we can’t get roped into parties or spurning invites. We are normally well asleep by the time 00:00 comes around.
