We used to get baptized in bath tubs of gentian violet **Curious** , crawl on hands and knees around the parking lot and up the stairs to Clark, kiss the golden tit (old speed bump by Clark/Bookstore) and elephant walk while hurling abuse at Arts and Comm students. On the upside we hung out with the nurses. Now that I’ve dated myself I hobble off. 😉 ---

We had to do the crawl as well, but all we got was a lousy t-shirt and a tam, there were no pretty colours until after we ‘mounted the greased pole’. 🙂 ---

From what I’ve heard, some things have changed since you old folks left… For one Alfie’s is a lot different. I heard it used to have picnic benches or something like that inside and was a really cool hangout place… now it has a much more “club” atmosphere. Clark Hall was recently renovated and looks really nice now (luckily the headrests above the urinals are still there). Leonard is now half-coed… So Leonard west is normal and Leonard east is the same old sausage-fest. Somethings that still stayed the same: Ban Righ still sucks like a Hoover… Fire alarms!! This past year they were malfunctioning in Vic so we had at _least_ 2-3 every week for the entire winter without fail. ---

I remember one night standing outside in basically a bra and a pair of shorts for over an hour before they would let us back in Brock. Middle of winter in this slushy goop. ---

But after the first two weeks they started letting us into Stirling while we waited. ---

That was nice of em, they wouldn’t let us into Morris. I had a friend who was in Victoria Hall (I think??, the big one) that one looked pretty good, I don’t think she ever had to stand outside in her underwear. ---
