While Batman has a really good set of (comic book) villains, I think Spiderman is right there. First Tier Doc Ock Green Goblin Venom Second Tier Sandman Kingpin (Would be higher, but Daredevil took him over) Lizard Scorpion Chameleon Vulture Kraven Electro Mysterio Rhino Third Tier Hammerhead Morbius Jackal Hydro-Man Carnage Beetle Hobgoblin Shocker ---

I would put Hobgoblin in at least the 2nd tier. The original Hobgoblin storyline was fairly long-lasting and central. ---

I thought Dr. Doom was a Spider Man villain. He was certainly the first Spider Man villain I knew of from the sunday comics. ---

I have to go with Cherize Theron. She has played slinky in Aeon Flux but I was thinking more of what she did in (her Academy Award winning performance in) Monster. She has the chops to play a heartless villian. I don’t want to hijack this thread, so should we start up another to talk about Batman movie villians in general like Hugh Jackman as the Penguin or Mike Meyers as The Riddler? ---

And Katherine Heigl; she could play glamor but I think she would crash and burn acting against Christian Bale. ---
