I don’t know about “most,” but there is certainly plenty of pork to be dished out (heh) at dim sum. There’s also a lot of shrimp-based items. The link I provided upthread had a menu attached to it, I think. ---

By the way, for those of you that I captured in a photo at a previous dopefest, I was planning on also using those photos for the new SDMB Portrait gallery I am working on.
