In honour of [wierdaaron](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=528231) I have named this thread. I just found my bacon salt in the cupboard, where it has remained largely untouched since I got it. I found the original flavour too fake, like bacon flavour crisps or something like that. Anyone still got the bacon salt mania?

We’re on our third big jar of the peppered bacon salt. Use it all the time.

Keep going through about a bottle of the peppered every 2-3 months. The regular I stopped buying, mainly because the peppered is so good I found I never used the regular.

My wife and I had ordering problems when we ordered ours in December 2007.
We ordered 3 bottles(one of each variety). We received all original flavors. We told them and they sent 3 peppers or hickory. We emailed and they sent three of the remaining flavor. Right, we paid for 3 and got 9.
We love it, use it a few times a week, and have only gone through a few bottles.
