I had a Dr. Brown’s this weekend. Bought it at a butcher/grocery store. Black cherry, too!

We have Faygo brand sodas here in the Detroit region, and oh they are so wonderful. I had no idea Vernor’s as a more regional thing, though.

Faygo is really good stuff. I was introduced to it by a friend who is originally from Michigan. We buy it all the time at BevMo.

Welcome to Pennsylvania. ☹
The [Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board](http://www.lcb.state.pa.us/webapp/Product_Management/psi_ProductListPage_Inter.asp?searchPhrase=Cachaca&selTyp=&selTypS=0&selTypW=0&selTypA=0&Cost1=&accessory=on&chairman=on&closeout=on&holiday=on&limited=on&onetime=on&outlet=on&powerpur=on&regular=on&slo=on&specialty=on&searchCode=&psiSB=brnd&psiSD=ASC&submit=SEARCH) is far from consumer friendly, IMHO. They list their catalogue online, and it looks like they have some available, but I check every so often, and nada.
Eek. You want some? I’ll ship it to you.

When I was in Kenya I discovered Black Currant Fanta. I got back to the States, and would always get excited when I saw a purple colored Fanta bottle, until I realized it was another grape monstrosity.

It seemed very popular there, but all I know for sure is that I miss it.
Vernors ginger ale is a Detroit drink. I do not know how far it travels. Strangely it is used in Boston Coolers. Vanilla Ice Cream and Vernors.
We’ve got Vernor’s in most of the grocery stores in western Washington, and I love it to pieces. It’s a little bit harder to get in Missoula, or at least it is on my college campus, which is normally a great place for drinks- the rumor is that the Market (the mini-grocery store in the U.C.) has the biggest drink selection in western Montana, and I’d believe it.
