I agree. When killing civilians, it should only undertaken with an appropriate degree of seriousness. ---

I expect our soldiers to adhere to higher rules of decorum. That is, only slaughter civilians when ordered to, or when you’re pretty sure they’re terrorists, or they sorta kinda know someone who might be a terrorist, or happen to be within the blast radius of someone that some other guy told us was a terrorist, or who once donated to a charity that can be Kevin-Baconed into a connection with terrorism, et cetera. And when you do, try not to look like you’re enjoying it. ---
