Sex is a voting mechanism.

It positively re-enforces all the behavior and psychology that the person is Rape is obviously different - because it’s one sided); and negatively re-enforces all the behavior the person not having it. Other things are voting mechanisms as well.

Life does have a behaviorist aspect, and a democratic aspect. To deny this, is ridiculous.

What I’m pointing out… is it the case that just because a person is well voted for, by having multiple lifetime partners or a single partner… is necessarily a better person, as you all have been arguing circularly.

Sexual stratification is very intense in the heterosexual male population; what are women voting for?

I’m sure most of us have come upon that experience, where some guy who we thought was an asshole (and very well may have been) got sex that we wanted. But then most of us have gotten sex ourselves where some other guy probably thought the same thing, rightly or wrongly.

I have to laugh…this is such a pointless thread. 😃

Well, 25 years into a relationship I’m voting for a funny, sexy, smart guy. I’m sure he’ll slip up any day now. 😉

And for better or worse, Trump was elected. So what’s your point? You want to fuck Trump?

Did you ever consider that the reason no woman will touch you with a ten foot pole is because of who you are, including your very sick views about women?

Oh, my, you haven’t figured that part out yet, have you? Our leaders are people who women vote the most for in terms of behavior with sex.

The highest sexual stratification occurs in the heterosexual male population… it’s a no-brainer. The question, I ask again, is what are women voting for?

No, it’s not a voting mechanism, _that_ is ridiculous. Most obviously, it isn’t being tabulated in any way, nor are the participants choosing between the same candidates.

No one has said that having a lot of sex makes you a better person than someone who doesn’t have a lot of sex, or anything close to that.

That was the thing you couldn’t cite because you learned it from top-secret national security agents, right?

> I am devoting an entire thread to making that argument, and you, unlike others, haven’t attempted to show where I’m wrong.

If no one can understand your argument then the problem is not a lack of understanding on their part it’s a lack of communication on your part.

Or you’re just wrong.

> [@Forest\_Green](#):
>
> For example; do you agree or disagree that the only population that has ever, and for thousands of years, complained that assholes get the most sexual variety and choice is the heterosexual population?

Nope. I’ve heard that complaint from homosexuals of both genders.

And among a promiscuous segment of the homosexual male population is a group that gets way more sex and variety than heterosexual men. See “gay bathhouse”.

> [@Forest\_Green](#):
>
> How many men do you think actually did that, and if they did, got sex from it?

Again, this notion of sex vending machines - say the magic phrase and get pussy!

> [@Fuji](#):
>
> Ah, it’s good to know then, that apparently by your ethics, [Ilse Koch](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilse_Koch) is cool, 'cause she wasn’t hoarding her pussy and freely shared it concurrently with her activities torturing and murdering the humans in her control.

> [@Forest\_Green](#):
>
> If she tortured and murdered women, then men have to intercede.

Are you deliberately missing the point?

Here’s a tip: when someone mentions a historical person _trying actually looking that person up_. Especially when a handy link is provided.

And hey - note that it’s _men_ that have to intervene because you know, women aren’t moral agents, they’re just silly irresponsible twits who can’t be trusted to handle problems or act properly.

> [@Fuji](#):
>
> 1. Are you even aware of who Koch was or the fiendish butchery she devised and implemented? Seriously? This is a woman who collected tattoos - _from the skin of other living humans_.

Perhaps he’s confused due to the number of women who have tattoos these days - back in the 1940’s men with tattoos _vastly_ outnumbered women with tattoos.

But yeah, he clearly has no idea who Ilse Koch was or what she did.

> [@Fuji](#):
>
> 1. You said, "Since women don’t have the complaint that bitches get the most men or sexual choice; the entire female gender is off the hook for being moral -

Well, clearly, since his only desired interaction with women is sexual intercourse I’m sure it’s never occurred to him to ask women about this. In fact, I have heard women complaining that only assholes get “the guy”, that trophy wives are little better than live-in whores, and other complaints that make it clear that at least some subset of women are not get the specific sort of sex and/or relationships they desire…

… but since women aren’t moral agents to **Forest Green** it doesn’t matter what they think or say, it’s not important, their experiences and opinions have no value to this guy.

> [@Fuji](#):
>
> 1. Is the only axis of morality sexual behavior? Really? This is the only yardstick by which you measure or not someone is a virtuous individual?

Apparently that IS the case with **Forest Green**

> [@Fuji](#):
>
> You said, “Everyone knows this.”
>
> This is clearly not true, since I do not know this.

Ditto. Based on various puzzled posts around here I’m sure a bunch of other folks can say the same. Very falsifiable statement.

> [@QuickSilver](#):
>
> Because nice guys let the woman finish first.

Indeed.

> [@Forest\_Green](#):
>
> Really? I’m the only guy, in all of culture who has ever thought that the more aggressive males get the most women and sexual choice - who’s ever formulated “Why do assholes get the most sex, when every guy is equally as horny?”

Wait, wait, wait - are your ONLY yardsticks for sex “who gets the most partners” and “who gets the most varieties of partners”? Dude, gay bathhouse sex, those guys often had thousands of partners in all varieties of combinations.

At least before the HIV epidemic. Yeah, bummer about that… but hey, they had lots and lots of sex with lots of lots with [del]people[/del] men before dying horribly. Guess they win! Nothing matters but how much sex you get with how many people before you drop dead!

> [@Human\_Action](#):
>
> In other words, it sounds like you’re only interested in casual pickups, and are frustrated that this is difficult.

Do you have a relationship with a vending machine or do you just expect it to dispense the soda you want when you want it?

> [@Forest\_Green](#):
>
> Women and gays don’t have this complaint or observation, and certainly not to the magnitude heterosexuals men do; so they don’t have the same degree of accountability; it’s not a complaint in their populations.

Here we go again - what women (and gay men) think doesn’t matter, it can’t _possibly_ be as important or meaningful as what men think, and more specifically, what **Forest Green** thinks.

> [@Forest\_Green](#):
>
> I’m not saying women can’t be good people or gays can’t be good people… I’m saying that they don’t have the same pressure, constant and intense, ever-present, that heterosexual men have to this regard…

Translated: They’re not as horny as ME!!! so what they think/want/desire doesn’t matter as much as ME!!!

> [@Forest\_Green](#):
>
> Sex is a voting mechanism.

No, sex is rubbing bits against each other because it feels good.

If you’re using it for voting purposes you’re doing it wrong. Also, for Og’s sake use a baby wipe on the lever before leaving the booth. And make sure the curtain is drawn while you’re “voting”.

> [@Forest\_Green](#):
>
> What I’m pointing out… is it the case that just because a person is well voted for, by having multiple lifetime partners or a single partner… is necessarily a better person, as you all have been arguing circularly.

What YOU’RE arguing is that someone who has either more sex or any sex (I’m still a bit unclear on that) is a bad person. Or rather, any _man_ that applies to is a bad man, as you clearly don’t consider women to be people.

> [@Forest\_Green](#):
>
> what are women voting for?

Apparently, not you, and that’s why you’re so frustrated and upset.

The other phrase men throw around, is that women are whores… so to treat a woman like a whore is a contradiction; hypocrisy. I will try to be non-hypocritical - that’s all I can offer any relationship.

Some of this is getting heated above; exasperated; which I am currently not… but they are serious points to address.

Ok. Let’s back up a bit here.

The types of numbers that peak in the heterosexual population are in the multiple 5 digits for heterosexual men. Caesars, Ghengis Khan, Wilt Chamberlain, people we never even hear of, because it’s behind a shroud, “eyes wide shut” kind of stuff.

I honestly don’t know how many men would want this multiple 5 digit category; but it raises an extremely interesting question… what typology do these men possess?

What is the vote?

Is the characteristic that is amplified in these men, required in some measure for every man at some point in his life, in order to have a single partner in their whole lifespan?

Is the behavior “good”?

Is the diversity as much as people claim it to be in terms of facilitating these interactions, or are there commonalities? Are those commonlities “good”?

My personal take is this: Bad is hypocrisy. It damages referential cognition; something that refers to something that exists. If hypocrisy is required, a big if, for heterosexual men, and not required for the other populations, to even have one of these instances occur in the capacity of moving through life, then it can be safely asserted, that there is something worth examining here.

Sex is one of the greatest motivators of behavior, list after list, it shapes cognition and how we think, how we structure sentences, how we behave. These are called “motivational systems”, it’s quite the science.

Again, most men do not talk about women like that. You need to stop hanging around assholes. They’re skewing your perceptions.

So let’s examine this. The most prevalent memes for heterosexuality are: Women are whores (from men) and Men objectify women (from women) - you just assume these are outliers. I find it interesting that everyone knows these memes though. Why are the memes there; what do they speak of; and if this is culturally outlying, then why is everyone aware of them? What is trying to be communicated here? What is the “spin”? How do people respond to these memes? You can certainly deny that they are in anyway meaningful - but I find it strange that everyone knows them. Why? Are these really the outliers of the human species - the most dominant memes for heterosexuality? I don’t mean to minimize the other sexual orientations, but it is extremely important to analyze the impact of 90% of the population and it’s dynamics, compared to 10% of the population and it’s dynamics; because most psychology is shaped by the dynamics of the largest population using a motivational system. It informs our psychology to learn all types of ways of seeing; we also have to acknowledge that what 90% are doing has a huge impact - we can’t just ignore it.

First, you need to establish that those ideas are, in fact, “the most prevalent” ideas about heterosexuality. Second, you need to recognize that something being widely known about is not the same as something being widely accepted or practiced. Everyone knows what cannibalism is. That doesn’t mean everyone is a cannibal.

Just because a vocal minority of ppl have said those thing does not mean in any way that it is true across the board. How hard is that to understand?
