Lines 1 and 2 seem to be the same as lines 3 and 4, just printed in some weird wingding-like font. I’d also go with 12 as the answer. ---

I guess I’m not a human, because I would not have been able to decipher only the top two lines. If the middle two lines in engrish were there, then what’s the point of the top two lines? And “the half of 24”. Who talks like that? I would have written “the half of 24” in the box. There are no instruction above. ---

The upper 2 lines are the same as the middle 2, using symbols like letters. I guess the squiggles at the bottom are the same 2 lines. For some reason, the period at the end of the first line got returned to start the second line. What’s the context of the Reddit post? Did the OP post the thread in a certain topic area? It looks completely random. ---

The half of 24 is 12. Meaning, write lines 1 & 2. The first two lines is the answer. The wingdings. The last two lines of fluffy squiggles is just red herring chaff. ---
