A trivia game, featuring comic books! Rules 1. Follows any continuity, like say days of future past or simillar. 2. Cartoons are accepted. 3. Any publisher, but please try not to get too obscure. 4. 3 guesses for everybody. Ok. First 5 questiosn are: 5. What major crossover event did the beyonder appear/star in? Extra credit: What was some of it’s lingering effects? 6. New Gods, created by \_\_\_ \_\_\_? 7. Name one superman pet( pre crisis I would presume) 8. Who was the founder of EC comics, what was his son’s name, the magazine his son formed that became world famous, the old name of e.c and the new one? 5)[Who owns this character? 1. Secret Wars II, wasn’t it? 2. Jack Kirby…I think 3. Super Dog (I’m just wasting your time here, I know) 4. Dont remember the dad’s name but son was the late William Gaines. He published MAD Magazine. Drew a blank on the old EC/new EC names. 5. No idea…looks familiar, though ---

1. Legion of Super Heroes… depending on the Mantis Morlo, he may not be a doctor. 2)Dynamo has a belt, no powers. Same for NoMan. Lightning, I think, had actual powers, as did Menthor, but he was a double agent, so he doesn’t count. There’s the second Menthor, though. All Raven had was wings and I think they were fake, too. So… you can’t. 1. Nothing. He’s a giant alien in a spandex costume. OR, He gets a new superpower, if it’s green. 2. I don’t want to know. Byrne is the Great Satan. Er. Chamelon and Kraven because they share last names? 3. Little Archie, perhaps? ---

Bill Gaines’ father was named Max Gaines, not William Sr. E.C. originally stood for Educational Comics and was changed by Gaines fils to Entertaining Comics when he took over the line (after his father’s death in a boating accident). Max Gaines, BTW, invented the comic book and later became one of the owners of what has since become DC Comics until he was bought out by his partners and used the proceeds to start EC. –Cliffy ---

This is wear her extreme flexibilty and great moves come from. Not the brightest clown in the circus, she used her feminine charm to pass her difficult courses. Started working at Arkham, met and fell in love with Mistah J, helped him escape, and became Harley Quinn in an attempt to win his love. He viewed her as a scape goat mostly, someone to do the dirty work, despite the fact that the crazy broad really truly loved him. ---

The Harley of the animated series had no powers. HOWEVER, when Harley Quin was brought into Batman cannon that changed. Poison Ivy injected Harley with a serum to protect her from the various poisons and toxins of Ivy’s lair. The serum worked. But, for unknown reasons it also increased Harley’s speed, agility and strength. She had gymnastic skill before(her history retains the gymnastics scholarship). But now, she could win Olympic gold without effort. Eb’nn- Um, all I know is he was a humanoid raven in jeans and a leather jacket. Questions #1-Who was the father of the twin? suprevillians Fenris?
