My mom lives on a long, narrow peninsula on the coast of Southern Washington. Every now and then one of the local punks who should know better will get drunk and steal a car and head north. The only way off the spit is to the south. So the cops just park alongside the only road out of town and send another on up the road to fetch the theefs.
