While I was in college, my father jokingly told me that if I agreed to elope, he would give me the money he would otherwise spend on wedding. Silly me, I told my friends about it, and in less then 10 seconds had my first marriage proposal. Sorry hun, I’m not marrying you for cash and a free ladder.
