I have let it slide now I’m trying to remember how to get it back. Do I have to spring and then a space comes up to allow me to insert the wording? ---

You mean like a [custom title](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=552461)? Yeah, you can buy one for $8.00 US per year, although you can buy one for other lengths of time. Then, once you pay for it, you can specify your title in your User CP. ---
