> This ain’t rocket surgery. He very clearly lays out the fact that gross negligence occurred, which is a felony, and it occurred 110 times, each one of which is a separate offense.
>
> In addition, there is evidence that Comey’s report was changed. The term “grossly negligent” was originally used and was [changed by Peter Strzok](http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/363194-former-fbi-agent-changed-comeys-language-of-clinton-email-use-to) (who was later fired) to “extremely careless”. If that original wording had been left intact, we wouldn’t be having this discussion.

This isn’t rocket surgery, but you’re still misstating very clear facts.

It’s a fact that Comey’s report did not include any assertion of criminal or felonious behavior, and it’s a fact that Comey’s report did not include any assertion of gross negligence.

These are indisputable and very easily verifiable facts.

Whether or not an earlier draft used different language means nothing – an earlier draft could have stated that Hillary Clinton was a Martian, but unless the final submission says so, then it’s a fact that the FBI report did not call HRC a Martian.

It’s an indisputable fact that the FBI report did not say that HRC committed any felonies. It’s an indisputable fact that the FBI report did not say that she was guilty of gross negligence. Whether or not unpublished and unsubmitted drafts used different language does not affect these facts. It may be your opinion that these reported earlier drafts were more accurate than the final submission, but that is just your opinion. That is not a fact.

Your assertion that the FBI report asserts that Hillary committed a felony is contrary to these indisputable and easily verifiable facts, and is therefore false.
