I went to a Weezer concert on Thursday night, and after the last opening act (during the hour+ time to set up for Weezer) the crowd spontaneously started chanting “USA! USA! USA!” Really weird, I couldn’t quite be sure if it was a sarcastic expression or if people were truly expressing their patriotism. For what it’s worth I would highly recommend seeing Weezer if you can. They put on quite a show even if it was only 70 minutes long. ---

Aww, I saw Weezer waaaaay back in… sheesh, I don’t even remember when, but it was the tour they did with Lush and Live, when _Mental Jewelrey_ was Live’s new album… early '90’s I guess. The lead singer guy signed my arm. It’s been good to see them get nothing but better since then. ---

I saw Weezer last night. Good concert, but I was really tired. I think I slept through a few of their songs, actually. (Oops) My buddies and I all got Rivers glasses at Hot Topic and wore them to the concert. My boyfriend looks more like Rivers than another guy we were with, but the other guy kept getting comments about how he could be Rivers’ twin. As if this guy’s ego wasn’t big enough… But I digress. Good band, Weezer.
