Oh, this is the perfect thread to share this story! The company I work for does business with many clients from around the world. This year, we dealt with our first client from India. Our project manager visited their home office somewhere outside of New Delhi for about three days. He said that the strangest thing he saw while he was there was the huge monkey problem! Our client actually “rents” bigger monkeys to scare the smaller monkeys away from their factories. ---

I lived in India between ages two and six. From what little I can recall the monkeys were everywhere and very aggressive. I believe one even attacked my sister! I also seem to recall that employees at a pool would leave a tiger skin out to frighten the monkeys though that may not be true. I definitely do remember them hanging out at abandoned buildings like teenage gangs. I was also pursued by a Cobra. That I clearly remember! ---

Two of my favorite video clips involve kids being attacked by animals. One features a toddler wandering along a little path. All of a sudden, a cat jumps out of the bushes and lands on the kid’s head, knocking the kid to the ground. The cat’s posture as he (?) is flying through the air is hilarious. The other features a child poking at a cat. The cat finally sits up and starts batting the child’s head. The noise the little cat feet make as they hit the kid’s head is just great. ---
