No, that’s just what you are saying because you can’t distinguish gradients between black and white and can’t except that both sides fall below an acceptable line even if one is still much worse than the other. If we grade on a curve we can only expect the standards to continually lower. ---

Was never convicted. And this hypothetical candidate would get 45% of the vote ---
