After ‘Irishgirls’ fact about Mark and Lard playing Hallelujah I have to say they have gone up in my estimation immediatly. I love the Buckley version. I recently wrote a short 250 word review about Grace and the majority of the piece was taken up by the song, and last goodbye, which is an equally amazing song; in fact this is almost becoming the Jeff Buckley appreciation thread…

Wow, I thought I hadn’t heard this song before, but then, as I was re-watching Basquiat tonight, it was in the credits. I justed checked the soundtrack listings, and it’s the last track - the John Cale version. I own the soundtrack… Makes me wonder if I ever played the cd to the end!
