# Song from the fifties in my head

There is a song from the fifties which is stuck in my head, and I can’t get it out. I have been trying to google it via the various lyric sites to find out more about it but to no avail. Can anyone help me out? I beleive it was a british singer but not sure. The words stuck over and over in my head are:

Whadda want to go making eyes at me for, when you know how much I care?

This is as bad as having Kylie Minouge’s Can’t get you outta my head on my mind.
