Has anybody found a good song lyrics database on the web? It has long been my habit to listen to music while surfing the web. During this time I like to find the lyrics to songs so I can sing along (badly) to the music I’m listening to. Unfortunately this often has me slogging through search engines until I find the lyrics I am listening to.

Has anybody found a site that has a quite good selection of lyrics to many songs? I’d be most appreciative if anybody could point me in direction of one.

[http://www.lyrics.com](http://www.lyrics.com) you can only search by the first letter singer’s last name or band name, though…

warning: at least 2 popups, beware!

There’s a pretty good lyrics search engine at [www.lyricsworld.com](http://www.lyricsworld.com). The best site for lyrics _was_ The International Lyrics Server until their legal problems. The site (lyrics.ch) had been reduced to a shell of its former self and now doesn’t even exist anymore!
