# Song lyrics I misunderstood

One-hit wonder “Here comes the Hotstepper” by [edited, because that song is attributed to about 3-4 different artists and I really have no idea who it was]

Actual lyrics:  
“Here comes the hotstepper, murderer  
I’m the lyrical gangsta, murderer”

What my friend and I heard (and sang along):  
“Here comes the hotstepper, murderer  
I’m the _Leprechaun of Cancer_, murderer”

Made no sense, but now that I’ve googled the song and read the actual lyrics, I think ours actually makes more sense. Plus, it’s just really fun to sing “Leprechaun of Cancer.”
