I’m not up to speed on all Jamaican Patois yet all I can say is. only because of this song, would I understand “Did you make her?” as having sex; though another joke is

> “My wife’s gone to the West\_Indies.” “Jamaica?” “No, she wanted to go”

In the UK it was heard as ‘calling Kenneth Baker’. He was the Home Secretary under John Major.
