Annie-Xmas, the first part of that list is great, but the rest of it? What does _Lucy In the Sky With Diamonds_ or _King of Pain_ have to do with card gambling besides the words in the titles?

Other than mention of specific cards without a game context, nearly all the songs so far seem to be about poker, with a couple of one-line or title references to Blackjack (“twenty-one”).
What, nobody ever sings about playing Canasta, Gin Rummy, Cribbage or Bridge?
