Nick Cave’s [Red Right Hand](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Right_Hand) at first sounds like a serial killer with a bloody hand who lurks in the shadows. It’s really a lot of dark personalities rolled in one: drug dealer, pimp, cult leader, mob boss, etc, who corrupt their victims to their eventual demise.

Another Nick Cave classic, [The Curse of Millhaven](http://www.geocities.com/millhavenfanlisting/), describes a girl who murders more than a few people in her hometown, before she’s caught and happily confesses to her crimes.
