“Sweet Caroline” - Neil Diamond (especially when drunk people sing it, adding that “bum bum bum” bullshit.)
“Don’t Stop Believin’” - Journey (I used to like it until I heard it 10,000 times in bars, at karaoke night, etc.)
Then there are so many songs I’ve hated from the first time I heard them, I’m not going to bother trying to list any.

I’m probably going to hell for this, but I cannot stand _It’s a Wonderful World_. It would be difficult enough to tolerate even if it wasn’t used for every sappy TV/radio montage ever made.

Just a quick point - you are familiar with the Dolly Parton version of I Will Always Love You (Dolly wrote it)? A completely different feel to the song and infinitely better than the Whitney Houston attempt.
