(Yes, I spelled that correctly) Also Little Drummer Boy. Best thing that happened to it was Bing Crosby and David Bowie. Oddly, I can still listen to most of the songs on here sometimes, but these make me leave the county. ---

I knew Josh Bell in high school (our families went to the same synagogue, and I was friends with one of his sisters, even though Josh was actually my age), so I’ve seen musical genius when it ISN’T mishandled. Now, I don’t know from a couple of videos that Bieber is a genius of the Josh Bell caliber, but he is very talented. I also don’t know that he’s past all redemption, but I don’t know if the public will accept him as anything else but boy-band Bieber now. ---

He was a young teen, and he already sounded like he should be filling concert halls. He played at the synagogue a few times, and he played at IU when he was a student, even though he was already relatively famous. I was a student at the same time. I actually haven’t heard him play for a while, but he signed a CD for my SIL for a gift. I asked him, if I sent him one, would he sign it and send it back if I included an envelop (I figured he’d just vaguely remember me as one of his sister’s friends), but he answered by sending me a CD that was already signed. ---

Remember the show _Name that Tune_, where contestants bargain to see who can name a song in the least # of notes? I can hit the radio to change the station within 3 notes of any u2 song coming on. Worst. Band. Ever, by 3 or 4 orders of magnitude. That & “Turn, turn, turn”, makes me want to turn, turn, turn the radio off! ---

Also agree with the haters on Little Drummer Boy. I hate that song so much, and I am a drummer! The “rum, pum, pums” make my skin crawl. ---
