A great song that I guarantee 99.9% of you have never heard. The New York Rock and Roll Ensemble, classical rock several years ahead of Electric Light Orchestra, got signed by Ahmet Ertegün of Atlantic Records in 1966. They composed an ode to the company on their first album. “Studeao Atlantis” is a mock-middle eastern chant whose lyrics are the names of the people at Atlantic and of the group.
