I’ve always been stirred up by [Follow Me Up to Carlow](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ORdtRpDULLw). Basically a recruiting song describing one of the Irish rebellions against the English. The lyrics were written 150 years after the rebels it’s calling to join had failed. ---

Full props to STB, but MOC hasd head-splitting, blood, guts, etc. And forget the goofy picture montage in the youtube link I posted; that’s just some wanker’s idea of what we should be looking at when we hear the song.
