Chuck Berry’s _You Never Can Tell_ makes me think of the movie **Pulp Fiction** , partly because I’d never heard it before (and this is the only place I encountered it), and partly because I would never have picked a song like this for a “Twist” competition. And, of course, _Beautiful Dreamer_ by Stephen Foster from the original 1949 **Mighty Joe Young**. Why not pick it? You can perfectly dance the twist to “You Never Can Tell”, and something like “The Twist” or “Let’s Twist Again” would have been too much of a pedestrian and obvious choice for someone like Tarantino. ---
