Motivating songs are often, mmm, cornier than I’m entirely comfortable with. @Si_Amigo To really understand the plight of the suffering and strife in the inner cities the governing bodies of our societies should have mandatory study of hip-hop I think Eminen is starting point. The first video out standing. Admittedly strange song for motivation but I turned to rap and hip hop to understand what I didn’t understand about problems in society. Music is a reflection of society and its struggles. For motivation to get through the first 15 minutes of a cardio workout I go to ACDC highway to Hell, live versions of Thunderstruck and You shook me all night long but always kick off with Black Flag Louie Louie live version from Who’s got the 10 1/2 You cant beat the intro guitar riff for a good get up and go song.
